Fees
Rentals available, on a weekly basis, from saturday 4 p.m. to saturday 10 a.m.
380 € per week

Security deposit on arrival: 500€ check (uncashed, will be returned to you after checkout).
Option central heating: 15€/day.
Option cleaning service upon departure: 60 €.
Payment in France-cashable checks or cash only.

The Cottage
On the ground floor
Entrance, bedroom (double bed 140cm), bedroom (2 bunk beds 90cm), sitting room, dining room, kitchen.
Adjacent bathroom & WC (accessed via a short outdoors passage).
Bicycle storage (cars are to be parked on the street).
You are welcome to use the house’s bicycles.
Upstairs
The upper level is accessed from the kitchen through a narrow staircase.
Bedroom (2 beds 80cm)
Large bedroom (bunk beds 2x90cm, 1 single bed 90cm).
Equipment
Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator (freezer). Central heating.
Free and unlimited Internet access via WiFi.
Garden furniture, barbecue, rowboat (under your own responsibility), ping-pong table.
Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishclothes, …) are provided.
Non smoking house; sorry, no pets.
The garden
The walled garden of approximately 400m2 includes a paved terrace followed by a beautiful lawn with some fruit trees.
Behind the low wall is a play area (swings, table tennis).
Beyond that, a pathway (with a securable gate if you are accompanied by children) leads to the bank of the Loir river and the dock with a rowboat you may use under your responsibility.
A barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Please supervise your children, securing their river access is your own responsibility !
